Mindy Shears is a seasoned Realtor®, with more than 15 years of experience in residential real estate. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals in real estate, whether through homeownership, real estate investment or sales. She is known for her tremendous work ethic, tenacity in business, patience with clients and commitment to helping those around her.
Mindy’s passion and commitment to the real estate profession led to her involvement with several professional organizations. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors® (MAAR’s). She was the 2012 past president of the Minnesota chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors® and was the 2015 chair of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors® (MAAR’s) Education and Professional Development Committee.She also has sat on MAAR’s Foundation Committee and Government Affairs Committee.
Mindy loves international travel and is very proud of successfully climbing Japan’s Mt. Fuji in 2015. Mindy has a BFA from Kendal College of Art and Design in Visual Communications, with a minor in photography.
