Art, architecture, design, aesthetics, and making connections are my passions. All have led me to real estate. When working with sellers, I draw on those attributes to advise my clients as to how to prepare their house to shine in its best light, set an appropriate price, and determine the most effective marketing tools. I help buyers see not only the possibilities and potential, which are important, but also practical considerations inherent in every home they may be considering.
My associate degree in Architectural Technology and my bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Mass Communications enhance my knowledge and abilities to serve as your agent. I have owned five homes and designed/managed extensive remodels in each. My husband, Karl Yeager, is a twin cities area real estate attorney with 30-plus years of experience. He is my resident legal expert!
I believe in connecting with and giving back to my community. I enjoy volunteering as a docent at the Minneapolis Institute of Art giving tours of the galleries and special exhibits. I volunteered as part of a home building crew for Habitat for Humanity. I served as a United Way co-chair and ambassador.
Minnesota is my home. I was born here, and I have lived here with my family in the Lake Minnetonka and Stillwater areas. I love spending time enjoying the many lakes and waterways. I also enjoy hiking and skiing in the amazing recreation areas in this beautiful state.
